This is why Yasuo is the most banned/hated champ!

Yasuo has 100% pick rate in Rank (can't say that i remember a game where Yasuo was available without being picked) - and yet, there's always someone who wants Yasuo while he's 4th or 5th Pick. And if you Ban Yasuo - this is the typical reaction you get:

  • Yasuo Picker: WWWWWWWWWWWTF!!!!!!!
  • Yasuo Picker: O M G!!!! YOU BANNED MY CHAMP!
  • Yasuo Picker: I TROLL!
  • Yasuo Picker: I DON'T CARE! I TROLL!!
  • Yasuo Picker: I'll make sure you lose the game for banning my champ

Again, Yasuo has 100% pick rate - so 90% of the time someone from enemy team will pick him. And ironically, or maybe just bad luck... in most cases where Yasuo ends up in the enemy team - he's decent enough - a source of annoyance for your team (this being another reason why he's hated, as in: he's packed with some of the most annoying abilities - both in terms of mobility and AOE/CC potential). On the other hand... if this picker happens to be 1st pick and you decide to give him a chance - this happens....

Seriously, in most games... having a Yasuo in team - is like playing with a handicap. A 4 vs 6 game - where Yasuo, a champ that's suppose to be your ally - turns up to be the biggest aid for the enemy team. He dies without being ganked... you die 2 m from him in the river while he farms... he goes 1 vs 3,4,5 cause he's Yasuo. On top of that - he constantly flames the team while he's the biggest failure. And in some cases he actually rage quits.

[zombie-brand-facepalm]

Things might be different in high elo - but this seems to be the typical Yasuo for Silver and Gold league.

I ban Yasuo because he's a pain in the ass to fight against with my favorite skill-shot mages I play in mid. Because of his kit it feels like he has almost complete control over how the lane will end up. Even if I end up coming out on top it feels like they misplayed rather than I outplayed them.

Not because of any one troll.

My friend calls it Yasuo Syndrome. "The Yasuo on the enemy team is a challenger smurf helping his buddy rank up in his spare time. The Yasuo on my team is an armless orangutan bashing it's head against the keyboard." At least that's how he described it to me. I think he's over exaggerating a little bit, but I find that what you described is what happens more often than not. Once in a blue moon I'll get lucky and the Yasuo on my team isn't a feeder, but it's very rare.

I used to always ban Yasuo, even if someone on my team wanted him. Let’s face it, it does not matter if they Yasuo or troll, either way they are gonna feed. This way soneone might dodge when the wiebo goes full nerd rage in pre-game. And if Yasuo is on other team, who ever is laningcagainst him feeds.

Like I said, I used to ban Yasuo every match, but not anymore. If I am not first pick snd playing this champ or if soneone on my team is not 1st pick and playing him, he is banned, period. This guy MasterYi is idiotic. I have destroyed him in jungle, like 0/10, and he still is 1v5 team after 3 items. Fuck Master Yi.

Yasuo might bd bad, but Yi is aost garenteed win/loss.
