Units locked by the system (could't sell or use them anymore)!

As stated in the title: some units got locked by the system and shown as red (as if they're enemy units) - but i couldn't sell or use them, even worst... "they take up space on the board as if they're valid units (can't buy other units to use that space)". I can even move them around - they just don't work. Those used to be my units - i started with woodland/druid - and sold them all - yet those 2 units remained locked the whole game. Exiting the game and reconnecting - didn't solve anything.

I never had this issue till this patch.
