How do you report someone who refused to play his assigned role in Rank?

We all know that sometimes - you're auto-assigned a Fill role. But some people - simply refuse to play it. Like spoiled brats they want things to go their way or they throw a tantrum and troll pick. Which in turn - pisses off at least half of the team - starting with the one who's role was stolen - followed by the one who depends on that role. Like the ADC being forced to play without a support (still among the main roles - a spoiled brat refuses to play). We all get auto-fill games once in awhile - which none from the team is whiling to swipe. Fair enough. But it's not fair to be cheated of your role - by this spoiled brats.

So where's the option to report them?! Or better yet - there should be some punishment for intentionally ruining 4x people's game in Rank.

There's none of this options at the moment - and the trolls even laugh in your face - while being aware of this loop-whole. Seriously, everybody can pick "Fill" as their role - so they can find a match in less than a minute - then "play whatever they want" - without giving the slightest fuck about the rest of the team.
