Can we please return the "Unskilled" option to the report list?

Even if you don't do anything with the data, I am noticing that I am leaving bad games with HUGE amounts of cognitive dissonance and frustration simply because I cannot report unskilled teammates. I don't care if people don't use it responsibly. There might be a use for the data at some point, and the lack of this small outlet for frustration is making things worse not better.

EDIT: It is clear from some of the comments that people don't seem to know some important information about this.

1. Being reported for "unskilled" does not contribute to any punishment or ban for that player
2. If you are reported for being unskilled, you are not told or made aware of it.

Because of these 2 things, this report option could not be used to "bully" people or be toxic. It is just a way to express yourself without adding to negativity. It could be used to detect things like boosting, for example.
