Scrap The Dynamic Group Idea and Incentivize Normal Queues Instead

So a bunch of people predicted the issues with dynamic groups, and they are now playing out, but I'll leave discussions of that up to other threads.

The apparent goal of "dynamic groups" was to encourage a more social and team-oriented atmosphere in "solo queue". It would allow you to play ranked with any number of friends, ensuring that this was no longer a barrier to heading into ranked in a (presumably) friendlier environment. I think we are seeing that the damage to the integrity of the ranking system isn't worth it to achieve these goals (although, I'm sure Riot will say it's still too early to tell).

**A better alternative: incentivize Normal queues. Encourage them as the place to have fun, friendly matches with less toxicity. Give rewards, give achievements, have fun stats and milestones...and people will head there for their good feels and fun times. ** Incentives will help players mix in more normal matches to prevent situations where you go on tilt and lose 10 ranked games in a row and rage quit.

Encourage people to break up their time in ranked, and you'll get most of the benefits of the dynamic groups without any of the negatives.
