Disrespectful and Toxic Community Members, Part 2

Another match, and two more toxic people. An Ekko and a Sion, both calling to report me for... farming my jungle camps like i'm supposed to instead of ganking lanes that would have killed me.

The match started of badly. At level two, Jhin got a double kill on the bot lane, followed by Darius getting his first kill on Sion. Naturally, I chose to just keep farming until I could gank effectively. The first time I tried to gank the bot lane went badly, mostly do to a mistimed Death's Grasp and the bot lane failing to follow up on my flanking, but my first gank top resulted in both Warwick and Darius dying. My performance in the match was... average overall. But average wasn't good enough for Sion or Ekko. Sion began berating me for not ganking often enough. I got sick of it and asked the enemy team to report him. Thankfully, this time around, no one on the enemy team was being toxic, and mostly just chose to remain silent. But Ekko soon started calling for me to be reported. This has been my second entry in what will probably end up being a series of reports on the rampant toxicity of the League community. How frequently these reports are made will depend on how frequently I encounter toxic players. Which is quite frequently. Meaning this will probably be a daily thing for the most part until Riot starts stepping up to the plate to cure this community of the cancer that has festered within it.

No, this is the second entry in a series of rants - there is no discussion from this thread possible, it's just you venting about your one anecdotal experience.

#Universal Boards Rules - Naming & Shaming No personal attacks or witch-hunting, for any reason. Do not make posts accusing another player of causing a negative in-game experience, cheating, trolling, or any other malicious activity, even if you have hard evidence. Posts calling out other players for inappropriate names are likewise forbidden.

If you see or hear about another person breaking the rules in-game, send a ticket to Player Support. If you see or hear about another person breaking the rules on the board, report the post in question or come to the Moderation Discord. Both of these approach can also be used for inappropriate names.

First, the baords have a no Name and Shame rule. You need to remove those players names.

Second, Riot already punishes for toxicity. Riot wasn't the ones to teach toxicity to people. That was themselves and the internet on a whole.

Third, the boards community can't do anything about players in game. Report in the post game lobby.

Bro, naming and shaming is not allowed per the board's universal rules. Please remove the names from your post and your screenshots.

I understand that naming isn't allowed now. I wasn't aware of that before. I'll also refrain from linking my match reports from this point forward to avoid this in the future. But these reports are going to continue. This community needs to be made aware of the problems that plague it. Otherwise, this game that I used to love is going to warp and twist into one of my most hated games, solely because of the people that play it.

I've edited your post to remove the name, as the Universal Rules prohibit naming and shaming.
