We had morgana that was AFK since the beginning of the game

Our morgana was DC since the beginning of the game reconnected at 2.30 and disconnected again

we were playing 4v5 the entire game and lost

I mean, if they AFK'ed, odds are high that the detection system caught them. I'm going to guess your issue is either that punishments for AFK's aren't immediately visible, or that their AFK timing prevented a /remake.

If it's the former, tough. AFK's get punished, and you need to move on. If it's the latter...Well, sadly, tough. There's not much one can do with people's AFK timing preventing a /remake.

That defonitely should've let you remake, assuming your timeline is accurate. I'd submit a support ticket because that may be a big/glitch in the system.

I once played with a player who unfortunately shared with us that they were going to run around until the 3 minute mark and then proceeded to afk at said time. :(
