I was punished for people trolling me

Not exactly punished but I did get a 30 minute wait timer but more importantly minus 13 LP on my account.

Really simple story: Had a really bad game after ranking up after the 3 man premade and my other solo teammate decided to invade, they got jumped and it resulted in our team giving up 4 kills, firstblood when to my enemy laner (ahri in the mid lane) then every went down hill from there due to poor decisions on my junglers part. Besides my opinion that we should surrender and that the game was over I wasn't toxic and never really said anything to my teammates, however before the game ended I told them "I really despise you guys" and said nothing more. While it doesn't matter, I do think one of them replied just before the post game lobby with "Kill ur self" or "Go fuck ur self". Something like that.

I decided to let the game go and move on but when I got into a new game it so happened that they were on my team again though this time they didn't like me. They immediately banned my pick that I had selected then based on how things were looking in the champion selected I assumed they were going to troll me ingame so I dodged. Now I have a shiny minus 13 LP that i have to win back because they guys basically forced me to dodge or potentially suffer from their trolling.

You might try to say that I was at fault but what I said didn't warrant trolling nor could be considered that toxic at all. I also would like to think I was entitled to be abit pissed as they caused what was basically one of my worst ranked games I've had because the premade decided to go full monkey mode and kept on digging our grave deeper and deeper till no amount of skill, effort, determination, or luck could've turned that game around.

That is Low Priority Queue... Its caused by dodging matches and/or leaving games to often.

i don't care about the time I have to wait for a match but I'm minus 13 LP because I was forced to dodge the game. How is that fair?

How where you forced to dodge? Did someone bust into your house and point a gun at your head telling you to dodge the match or they shoot you?

I'm guessing that is a no on that part though. You chose to dodge the game, no one truly forced you.

Ok so what you're saying is is that I was supposed to accept them trolling me? By not dodging I risked getting even further behind in LP or potentially getting demoted if I lost too much so it basically was forcing me to dodge or suffer even more.

Compared to the 13 LP lost for the dodge, how much COULD you have lost if you had lost that match? If it was well worth it losing 13 LP compared to a much larger number then it was a good choice especially due to your recent experience with those players. You can dodge games if it doesn't look like it will go well, especially if it looks that way from Champion select. Just don't make a habit out of it is all.

I can accept losing LP for normal dodges but in this case I'm going to have to put in more effort, endure more stressful games, and just lose even more time making back what I lost from the system punishing me for something that was not my fault and out of my control. Another thing Is that I could handle this situation if I knew these guys would actually get some sort of punishment as well.

Do you report people who act like they did? If not... Then you should start to, or else they won't be taken care of.

Sense you can't report people unless you've played through a game with them and made it to the post game lobby i decided I wanted to try my luck with reporting them on the boards but unfortunately the Player behavior boards aren't made for that and if you attempt something like that the post gets removed.

I made a support ticket since the board rules said that you CAN make a ticket for such things but I think that might be a lie as after looking at things like the available catagories and such I found out there's nothing even remotely related to being able to report people on there, so I'm highly positive that the ticket will likely be ignored which is why I came to the boards to vent abit.

Using the support option is used as a last resort. As long as you are detailed about what the ticket is about and leave it under just about anything it will be forwarded to a Player Behavior Specialist.

I was talking about your first run in with them though for reporting them. Also pre and post game lobbies are checked for what is said in chat and can cause punishments.

Again in the first match there was honestly nothing they did that I think could considered to be toxic or troll behavior. Perhaps they were intentionally trolling and that's why they performed so badly but outside of that small possibility the only time they turned into trolls was when we got into the pre game lobby of the next match.

Anyways I wish you luck in your next games! Try taking breaks from ranked (or LoL in general) if you seem to be in a slump (or just had a match with rude players). Could be what you need. Good luck to you in your future ranked games!
