If i report a chinese player for BMING in chat in their language, they should face the same level of punishment as any other NA player that is incredibly toxic in-game.

Please don't make a generalization statement when saying that Quebec doesn't want to be canadians. True there are some people who wants Quebec to be a country, but saying that ALL of them have the same thinking is false.
That being said, I get pretty pissed off when a chinese player insults in their language because I DO understand what they say and I find it pretty stupid that people don't punish them.

You don't have to judge someone on their ancestors; when they have continued the same views of exclusion and targeting of those people. All targeting someone over speaking English is; is targeting them for their race. It's the same discriminative behavior as those ancestors deeds that you claim have nothing to do with them. You don't want targeted for your ancestors deeds; change the behavior.

Yes it is, and people as a whole don't approve of genocide, that is a fact. A small group of powerful people might, but they don't speak for a majority.
People don't carry down the views of their ancestors. I, for example, don't believe slavery is correct and we should secede from the United States. I have changed the behavior from what my ancestors believed, I let go of those prejudices. You didn't.
So basically it looks like you want revenge for the wrongs that were committed by my predecessors. That is a noble goal, but you can't right a wrong by committing another wrong. You can't stop racism by wanting an entire group of people to leave a country, and you can't blame people for something that their ancestors did.
What troubles me is that in your original statement you did exactly one thing; you accused an entire group of people, English speaking people, of all collectively doing something, when in fact, you then stated that only a small group of people is doing. What I actually am lead to believe by that is one of two things; one, that you are just an internet troll, which is a good chance, or that you don't care about what you say and only care about being right.
Now do something for me, prove my last point correct. Reply to this with another argument that changes another one of your statements ever so slightly so that you sound correct and try make me sound dumb/ignorant/wrong.
