Is afk farming the entire game bannable? Leaver buster?

If not why? I 1v5ed last game. bot and jg began afk farming/feeding (started trying to fight lanes they'd obviously lost and walked past enemies that were IN OUR BASE for 16 minutes in a 16 minute game. All because /remake failed. And our SHen ended up reconnecting AFTER my "team" had begun forfieting towers and trying to die. There was plenty of evidence in the chat as well. Of course none of them are going to get punished though right? No leaver buster even?

Not participating is the same as being afk, but if they go out and actually farm the system isn't going to be able to automatically flag them as afk. If players are inting and not actually participating in the game be sure to report it so that if it's a regular occurrence for them the pattern can be noticed by Riot.

No one can say for sure if they will be punished or not because while yes that is a punishable offense, Riot seems to give people who do that a little time before they punish them, if at all. If they do it several times, I would think they're guaranteed some punishment, as long as people report them. So I hope you reported em.
