flames and flames and flames all game, then tries to act innocent in all chat for whatever fucking reason as if they care, i hope your account gets taken away.

I mean they'd get reported either way. If they flame their teammates but act all nice in all chat the system will pick up all types of chat. Even if they claim innocent,their teammates report will still be triggered. So while it might take awhile they'll eventually will get punished and rightly so!

If you are taking the issue to all chat asking for a ban; that is bannable.
The enemy can't see your chat so it's none of their business. Getting them involved doesn't help you. If the person performed a bannable offense; your teams reports will handle it.
I think the worst are the types of players who don't flame but do passive aggressive things that screw you over, for example if your adc is low health the blitzcrank is unhappy for some reason and purposely hooks the enemy assassin over. And then they say "oops sorry" as if it were an accident but you know they do it on purpose. You can't even ban them for that. At least the flamers get banned.

Just don't be that person who says "/all Hey everyone. This person is being toxic in team chat, so we should do 9x report. I'm obviously trustworthy. You should report even though there's no evidence, just because I said so."
