Riot, can I ask that a new type of report be added to the list?

I'd like a new form of report added to the list: never played / never connected.

I just had a game where one player loaded slow and then never showed up in game. I don't know if he left in champ select without dodging or what. Still, we had a 4v5 and he was a no show all game. I think a new form of report would be beneficial for everyone. First it'd give players a way to report someone who never showed but wasn't a toxic quitter or anything. Second is it might give riot a little better feedback about a varying form of AFK, specifically looking at people who were never in the game to begin with; this might help you all root out any technical issues that could be going on with this. Finally is even though it is disheartening for the match to start with a no show, it's a different feeling than someone who rage quit or whatever. I don't feel like the two things should be viewed the same as they aren't.
