How do you make sure their reports dont contribute to other people getting banned if being reported for unsportsmanlike behavior doesnt necessarily have to be because of offensive chat remarks but in game actions. Theres no way for your bots to tell the difference and I am sure manual reviews as in the singed mains case are the exception

You could receive 9 reports every game, but so long as your chat is clean you would never be banned for chat. Getting 9 reports every game would likely raise a flag for a manual review but that's besides the point.

I took a look into that link, and I still stand by my statement. The chat log that was given included a fair amount of negativity and insulting comments, and Riot has always held firm to the statement, "You are responsible for your own behavior".
