I received a 10 game chat ban on May 16th and almost 4 months later still cannot earn Hextech perks

Hello all! Like the title says, I received a chat ban in mid May after so very toxic games I participated in. I want to make it very clear that I do think I deserved the punishment I received and have worked hard to improve my in-game communication to my teammates.

But here's the problem, I still cannot receive any hextech rewards after over 3 months with no punishments or even warning messages from riot either via in game pop up or email.

I emailed riot support in mid July asking when I'd be considered reformed to which I was returned an automated message telling me I was punished and that the reform period had no set amount of time.

So what the heck does that mean?! I'm at a loss honestly because I've worked hard on my toxic behavior and haven't seem have run into any problems since serving my chat ban so what is reforming about Riot's automated system hanging this punishment over for over 3 months now?!

I'd really like to hear from a Rioter about this because its clear the support system isn't going to help me.

It took me about 5 months to be eligible, and the day after I became eligible, I was permabanned. Its completely random.

I pulled your account up just to check and it seems like you hardly play. NA.OP.GG will show games for the past month before they refresh their database and it shows all of 2 games for you. From what I hear it's based on games played and not time elapsed.

That certainly doesn't seem right.

Have you been playing on an alt account or taking a break from League altogether during this period? I think you actually need to put some games in exhibiting good behavior to be considered "reformed" enough for Hextech loot.
