Stop using your elo rank to insult or avoid punishment

I had seen people loves to trash talk to others while using their elo ranks. Especially those who are Silver and above whom loves to use it to insult others that are at lower ranks or use this elo rank as an excuse to prevent RIOT from banning or punishing them. If you loves to use this as an excuse or insults, you will just gonna land yourself a ban in the future. By then, don't ever cry and beg for forgiveness from RIOT.
