Needs to be a 3 strike system for people who intentionally feed/lose the game.

Just got done playing with an alistar who would constantly headbutt kennen while he was ulting to our backline (quite intentionally) he would run in and die whenever he saw fit, he would headbutt my camps through the wall to reset them.

Of course you look at their recent games and its a lengthy string of troll nonsense. There is nothing more frustrating than someone on your team simply not wanting you to win.

guess this lacks clarity, in RIOTS opinion if it was intentional, not ours.

Should they punish this type of behavior? Yes.

But here's the rub.

How are we to detect it after only three strikes (or even 5 strikes) when the behavior isn't obvious intentional feeding?

Think about it. Someone would have to manually review entire games just to confirm. And there are plenty of people that will send out false reports forcing whomever is doing these reviews to waste their time checking the validity of the report.

The issue isn't that trolls are given too many chances, the issue is accurately (and with high enough confidence) identifying them as trolls. Right now, I'm fairly certain Riot is still in the stage where patterns like this still mostly have to be manually "fed" into the system. And that's already quite tricky. The jungle minion reset should be kind of straight forward, but how would you explain to a machine what Alistar did with Kennen? Using knockback to get a single enemy into the team is something frequently used to help your team. Even in cases where it is clearly benefitting the enemy, it is occasionally done either without bad intention (still thinking it was a good move) or accidentally (knowing it was a bad move but missclicking, or missing a skillshot). How would you "explain" to a machine at which point it can be confident enough that it was a deliberate effort to troll?

Little sidenote: When players are identified as feeders/trolls, they instantly get a 14-day ban, with the next punishment being a permaban. So strictly speaking they are even using a 2-strike system.
