The system only gives you a punishment notification if the game you played was the one that punished them.

If they played another game, you will never be notified, even if they were punished on that next game.

Just because someone else was worse in the chat doesnt excuse your behavior. I see some things in your chat and would deem a chat restriction.

I don't think the ban is deserved it's really mild and can be brushed off as a little grunt

I think their alg is biased toward people who likes to chat a lot

bruh, you wont get a punishment message unless your report was from the game that got them the punishment. you may not know about it but doesnt mean they arent punished
