idea to stop champ select players threatening to intentionally feed

concept: small report button beside icon of all players in select. 4 players can click the report button on that player to start an invisible kick vote count, at the cost of 3 lp for all 4 players, because if there wasn't an lp cost this feature would be abused. The champion select before the player is kicked is then screenshotted by riot system. the person who trolled the select gets -10 lp and kicked and stopped from queuing for 1 hour. if the player was troll kicked by 4 random solo queue players all willing to lose 3 lp (this is very unlikely) he can appeal to support, and if it is a false appeal after support looks at the champ select screenshot (to stop false appeals from spamming the system) the ban is extended to 14 days. If its a true appeal (very unlikely given all 4 players willing to lose 3 lp to kick), the players who troll reported to kick that player will lose their right to report others in champion select.
