Using chat = guaranteed permaban in a few weeks

Its what made me stop playing this game riots stupid automatic bots handing out permabans indiscriminately. Ultimately this will kill the game as many players including myself dont see the point in creating a whole new account, buying all those expensive champions again etc because they had their progress, which they worked years for, erased by bots with insufficient warnings. A lot more players are getting banned compared to a few years ago when there was a proper system in form of the tribunal. At some point you have to unban everyone that got banned for alleged toxicity most of which based on small violations of the summoner code... You realize that youre disgruntling some of your most passionate players by doing this while increasing your casual playerbase.... Casual players have the tendency to switch games you cant bind them to this declining game.
