How long does it take for an account to get back to good standings?

I'm in my 5th low priority queue this year, and I read that after this, there's a chance my account can be suspended. I've been trying to avoid this for a while and get a clean slate, but recently there have been a lot more black outs. I've tried to moderate my gaming by spending a lot more time on the boards, but I got unlucky with 3 leaves within the past 2 weeks due to the aforementioned blackouts. I'm intending to just play out the low priority queue and just limit myself to one game a day, so I'd like to know how long I'll have to do this for. Well, that is if it's just time that sets an account back to good standings and not amount of played games, in which case I think I might have a hard time with this. Anway, can anyone give me an idea of how long this will be? I tried looking it up but couldn't find much on it.

You can't get banned for being AFK/disconnected. About resetting your LeaverBuster status, it's a secret as well, you must play games without any incident.

Not sure if this will help because its sort of a few hoops to jump through to solve your problem but, you could always buy an uninterruptable power supply(ups) and plug it in and always have your desktop connected to it, it basically is kinda like a battery backup, but if you buy a pricey one in the 200-300$ range you'll definitely get enough power out of it to finish out a league game before shutting down. Now obviously this doesn't solve the internet being off in a blackout, so you'd have to have wifi in your desktop and connect it to your phone which you'd just turn into a temporary wifi hotspot(being if you have the cellular capacity and data usage capabilities).

All of this would just be to finish out a 20-40 minute long game in the event that you did receive a blackout, but if you were able to set all this up, it would provide a nice "safety net" to your gameplay.

Also, you can be banned for consistent afking and disconnecting, if your not making riot aware of your issues, and your constantly leaving games, it can be seen as something your doing on purpose, if they think your doing it on purpose to ruin other players games, then your account can absolutely be terminated. You should be in contact with riot support so there is at least some form of communication noted on your account about the issues your having.

To my knowledge riot keeps this kind of stuff secret. If they told you then you could take advantage of it by only "behaving" until that time, and then going back to your old ways. By keeping it a secret, your kinda forced to behave at all times....which is what they want in the first place.
