Lose - Lose situation

Last night I had the most troll champ select I have seen since dynamic queue and new champ select were released. If there was any time to dodge a game it was now, but....... I was in my promos so....... lose if I quit.... lose if I play.

Enter game with my duo. I am assigned the role of jungle, my duo is assigned support. Our bot has selected, but I think nothing of it since no one really takes the pre selection serious anyways.

Our assigned midlaner: "Hey smalltomahawker can I go jungle I have been killing it with . reluctantly I say sure and I prepare to think of a mid I am going to pick. In the mean time.

locks in heimer as "bot" aka adc and says "You guys go duo mid I am going to solo bot".

All of us: Na dude that's a dumb idea.

So I select . Not really sure why.... originally was going to go corki mid but then this dude was trolling so thought maybe I would end up going bot to adc and force this dude to support.

Dude who ask to swap and jungle udyr: Locks in to go mid.

Me & my duo: wtf man you said you were going jungle!

: O yea... blah lbah lbah something about 3 bot idk.... apparently has no brains.

My duo: Has selected in the support role.

At the last second I ask if he could go jungle since I am now with smite. At the last second he says yea but didn't have time to switch materies. Apparently my switch from smite to heal did not go through so I also had smite on ............. I did out cs this bot though so I was happy about that. The entire time him crying "why you taking my cs".

Our team got 1 kill in the game....

It was the first time that I can think of that I truly thought how BS it is that I could not dodge because I was in promos. I almost never dodge a game but I would have 100% dodged this game if I was not in my promos. In the end I should have just done it, think it still saves me some lp and would have saved 20 minutes of my life and also a lot of frustration.

This is more to share as humor as we literally had 3 people basically unintentionally switch lanes. Hopefully you do not run into this situation. Happy grinding.

I think it is bs that although we reported he could troll champ select like he did every game and as long as he says nothing never get in trouble for it.
