I imagine to some extent it's a self-filter. You probably won't get reported for saying "Hey Rammus -- you keep killing yourself when you try to dive that far," so the system won't really care. Also, it's rarely okay to say "kill yourself" in a League game in ANY context, save maybe an ARAM.

That said, if you're worried, phrase it differently: "Hey Rammus -- you'll keep dying if you try to dive that far." That makes it MUCH more clear what you're actually trying to say.

I'd image there will be alot of "kill yourself" in games with singed.

Directed at gameplay and at the player. Seeing that the system has the ability to distinguish context, it should be able to identify the simple cases. I think singed cases are probably the hardest ones to tell apart from harassment & gameplay.
