Except this isn't a normal store, with normal customers. Customer service doesn't matter. It's a virtual store.
The game already has the reputation of "super toxic" despite being no worse than any other MMO.
New players come to this game expecting it. I'm not saying Riot should stop trying, I am merely stating that they could clean it up 100% and remove every slightly toxic person, and it would still have that reputation.
"Hmm, when did riot give you access to their finical statements?
You are in no position to say that
They make money via micro transactions to what degree we do not know."
They don't advertise in game. Their only notable ways of making money are RP and E-Sports. You don't need to see financials to know that.
I said they do invest, just not immediately. Or they do it immediately. It really makes no difference. I can guarantee that most people banned for toxicity will repurchase RP at some stage, to replace something that their previous account had.
If they're not toxic then they're reformed players, if they buy skins then so be it(directly profiting on reforming players)
But the initial ban is what made them re-spend. Hence, banning makes them money.
