Can we bring back people actually looking at games?

So I just had a Tahm Kench who got mad that I banned Talon (apparently he was hovering it, I don't know). I've decided I'm only going to play Kog jungle, and Talon is a champion that I have no ability to deal with, so I banned it. He then took smite Tahm, and proceeded to eat me and throw me under tower (yes I gave him jungle, thought nothing of it). He made me go 0-14 in lane against a LeBlanc purely over a banned champion that I explained to him that I apologize and I didn't intend to ban his champion. This person is still playing games. Because he didn't say anything toxic the whole time other than "I troll" in champion select, he won't get banned because he went 2-1-7 because the enemy team was having a laugh and refused to kill him. You can even check the game, guy did 2k damage the whole game, in a 35 minute game. We won the game, my two friends crapped on bottom lane, all 3 of us reported him, and nothing happened.

I feel like when someone decides to do this they should be banned instantly. It isn't fair that I get to be in a game like this for 40 minutes purely because he wants to be a child. This kind of thing is starting to happen more times than not because players know they can get away with it because its an automated system that only looks at multiple games and only looks at keywords. Can we bring back actual people looking at games? I think its about time.

Can we bring back actual people looking at games?

No. There are simply too many games played. I did approximate calculations once, and I think it turned out that a team of 200 employees working full 8-hour-days with no meetings or other responsibilities could barely manage it if they watched every game at x10 speed. League is simply an enormous game, and having human eyes on everything is just not feasible.

Support ticket + preview clip = person potentially looking into it

Riot never threw away manual reviews. They still do them, you just don't see them doing it.

Btw, you are in control of which direction you get thrown out while in kench's belly.

If I accidentally ban a champ someone was hovering I always dodge. It's courtesy

Honestly.

You should've just dodged that game.

Theres physically no way to ban for this "instantly". Chat related offenses are easy to automate, actual in game gameplay offenses arent.

Then mby look at champ select and don't ban someone's champ?

You can click out of a tham kench grab if you just spam click outside of his body completely negating his eatting...
