surrendering in easily winnable games?

i'm not talking about games where there's a possibility of a comeback. i'm talking about completely stomping the enemy team and surrendering at 20 anyways.

im friends with a bunch of smurfs who run a 5s team where they surrender every game to tank their MMR, and honestly, i was kind of interested in joining because i would like to be able to play with my bronze 5 friend.

the only question is, is this bannable? if the entire team is agreeing to surrender, there's no problem right?

They're playing to lose. Yes it's bannable if the enemy team decides to report it.

if you surrender won games your mmr continues to go down and you keep getting easier and easier games. you and your friends will be able to stomp bigger noobs with each surrender.

you have found the only way to beat matchmaking.

It's a definitely a dick move to tank your MMR just to play against people that have no chance against you. It is technically assisting the enemy but there aren't many that would report a free victory.
