dodged my last series game because of a troll

guy intentionally banned my pick, pick bard jg but picked the usual troll summ spells . op.gg this guy and turns out he's got a 42% wr and either was boosted last season or is mad from his past 2 losses. dodged the game so i can at least end with more lp than lose the game and have less after my finished series.

please give us a way we can either vote kick or report someone prior to the game. he just gets to go right back into que and do it again with no consequences and will probably still get away with it even if people report him because is isn't verbally abusive.
