Just so you know

giving me a chat restriction only makes me enter the game with a negative attitude, and, since I cant type out my frustrations in a civilized manner, I will be more prone to simply feeding and intentionally throwing to get across my frustrations with my team. If you want negativity to stop create a ranked system which reflects my skill and not that of my average teammate, and have a report system which actually gets rid of people worthy of getting rid of.
