Best way to regenerate honor?

What are your methods of regenerating honor? Spamming support? Bots? Arams? The "just be nice" seems to take about 3-4 months to regenerate 1 honor level.

Well, part of "just be nice" is also to avoid any sort of negativity, as substantiated reports (even when they're not enough to trigger a punishment) will tank your honor.

I've heard that spamming bots games is efficient, but I couldn't say for sure.

get 4 premades, have them honor you.

Can't force people to honour you, but stop ALL toxic behaviours may help. Stop typing anything beyond hello, gg, wp. certainly helps too. DO NOT PING excessively.

Honor other players. If you're looking for reasons to honor other players, you'll be less focused on the negative bits. Not to mention if everyone on the team honors somoene, each player will get a small amount of bonus honor.
