Toxicity in after-game chat.

Just a quick question really; should I bother reporting someone who was normally polite in-game, but toxic or exhibits displays of "witch-hunting", which is what riot calls asking other people to report someone. If anyone is wondering what has my figurative feathers ruffled, I had a particularly passive nautilis support who would stand way behind me in lane and never help. Of course, my deaths in laning phase were high because they had a vi jungle, mf/zyra bot and I was also playing ashe, which is an adc, in 2017. Anyway, thanks for offering your opinion on my question, but please don't assert an opinion as fact unless you are actually 100% certain of it.

If you feel they are violating the rules and being a problem, report them. You don't need to worry about anything else when you report.

If you are simply concerned that their behavior, while a problem, wouldn't be detected by the systems to be punished anyway, report them anyway. The report will contribute to a case against that player and create a pattern of this behavior. Manual reviews can always be done on fringe cases, but if you don't report it nobody will know they are doing anything wrong.

I can't think of one good reason for post game chat aside from trash talking or "I love you letters" to yourself
