Lost level 5 honor over 3 games out of the hundreds I've played this month

Had a rough night last week, and had a few bad games. here's my uncensored chat logs for you to judge my toxicity, I have no issue with you think I was toxic here, I think to some extent I was.

I was issued a 10 game chat ban with no warning, meaning I lost my level 5 honor. Now whether you think I was toxic or not is beside the point, I think I was in some of my message and not at all in others.

I have played 200+ games just this past month so I find it a bit unfair that I was

1. punished this quickly, I don't see why less than 2% of my games in the entire month is going to be used against me
2. I recieved no warning that I was skirting the edges and getting out of hand, I think its pretty unfair for me to recieve no warning. MY BIGGEST ISSUE HERE IS THAT I WAS NOT INFORMED I WAS GIVEN A CHAT BAN UNTIL I WAS IN A RANKED GAME ALREADY. I WOULD NOT HAVE CONTINUED PLAYING RANKED IF I WAS CHAT BANNED BECAUSE THAT IS NOT FAIR TO MY TEAMMATES TO HAVE A TEAMMATE WHO CANNOT COMMUNICATE
3. I recieved this ban on 11/2/17, worked through my chat ban and have ALREADY reunlocked honor level 2 and am recieve key frags for sportsmanlike behavior, so obviously this behavior is anomalistic in comparison to my normal play
4. I really hate these chat logs because they are entirely out of context, you can choose to believe me or not, but i promise you the people on my team were not saints either, the nature of these chat logs however doesn't allow for appeal of them because you can't prove to people what other players said.

So I guess my question to the community is, is this fair punishment? I'd like you feedback on if the 3 follow up points I made are jutified.

I don't want my honor 5 back just because I complained but I feel like my losing it was not entirely fair.

And again, I want to be clear, I think I was toxic here and I'm sorry but I don't think this is my average in game persona, and 3 games ruining a few months of gaining honor is really lame.

note: I also left out the rioter who helped me's name, he was really nice and answered my request for chat logs quickly and timely and I appreciate the speed and honesty. I'd prefer to leave him out of this because he was just doing his job and this isn't his problem.
