The mute button is a band aid. The actual problem's (trolls, afk's/dc's, griefers, etc.) still remain. Ignorant people do not understand that. There are many ignorant people who play this game and think that everyone should react exactly the way they do. RIOT enables the ignorant by not fixing the real problems. The problems persists and grows. The true guilty ones remain because they spend a lot of money when they should be banned from the game.
