Sometimes, when I play coop vs IA games, I find players using the afk Teemo trick. Is the system able to detect them as afk if I report them? Are they punished in the end? I'd like to have these questions answered by Riot Games.
why do you care if someone is afk in a bot game
Report them, and type what they're doing.
Riot saves the position of players at least every minute, as developers can get the position of players every minute of the game. Riot may have more details available internally. If someone is in the exact same spot two minutes back to back, then it's pretty certain they've been AFK.
What is the point of doing this, exactly...? What is the benefit of going afk during Co-oP vs AI and getting xp from raptors every few minutes...?
Report them. Riot will determine whether it is punishable or not.
its just a AI game :p tho are really easy to play even when someone is afk, but by all means report
