Absurdly Obvious Cheating / Trolling Accounts (Player Frustration is Understandable)

Here is yet another ABSURDLY OBVIOUS game where no less than THREE FAKE CHEATER ACCOUNTS were on my team.

4 DODGES IN A ROW USING AN EXPLOIT CLIENT ASSURED PLACEMENT OF FAKE ACCOUNTS.

TROLL BANS VERY UNCOMMOIN CHAMP IN CHAMP SELECT (MY PICK)

THEN IN GAME THE "FAKE" ARGUING BOTH WITHIN OUR TEAM AND TO OTHER TEAM: http://imgur.com/EkUjRuE

It should be obviously not only that three accounts were intentionally feeding and cheating on my team, but that these accounts were being run by the players on the enemy team.

I'll submit a ticket, and will report back as to how many of these accounts were actually punished.

I will be surprised if even 1 player gets punished.

...and by punished, i mean in a timely fashion, not a month later when they have long ago sold the accounts and leveled the others.
