No notification for why i received chat ban

I've been "toxic" in chat before, sometimes just having a bad day and retaliate to another player's toxicity and other times I would just flame a player for doing something stupid. In the client I'd get a little warning and realize "whoa, I need to cool it." I'm assuming we've done away with these warnings?

Also, when we actually receive chat bans are we not given the reason anymore? I want to see the specific games for why I was given a chat ban. I know that my account has been reported a dozen times because it's multiple years old so whenever I get reported it's like BAM insta punished for relatively minor offenses. Really I just want to know exactly what I'm being reported for, exactly what rules I'm breaking. I want to be able to communicate with my team but far more importantly I don't want to lose my very old, very expensive account. I'm getting legitimately nervous about telling my jungler not to fight because he's behind for fear of a 25-game chat ban with no explanation for what I said or did.

Please, can someone help me with the games for which I am being punished? I've submitted a ticket for this
