How is it STILL possible for premades to ruin normal games?

Basically title. How is it fair to me and the random ADC when the support goes top at level 1 so he can lane with his "new" friend?

Then after loss they say "oh this meta didn't work, next game we will try something else."

All I want to know is that we are actually doing something about this, and specifically what should I do? These aren't explicitly toxic players, just completely ignoring anyone not in the premade. I want my 30 minutes back so I can play a real game.

Why should anything have to be done about it? There isn't any rule against sending a support top. If you really hate premades that much, why not play Ranked?

People think pairing up with friends will allow for better teamwork.

I think it's more likely than not to just end up synchronizing their stupidity.

It's not reportable to play off meta (duo top, duo mid, 5 botlane) if they aren't flaming or inting they won't get in trouble for it. You're game may have been ruined but I've soloed bot a ton of times it's not fun but nothing can be done. Really annoying but I've learned how to deal with thmy de things and I have many effective strats for when I get trolled, won many pretty awful games, lost a great deal more tho

In normal draft, players are required to play their role. There is no mandatory requirement for the support to go botlane, but it is expected that if they wish to play something off-meta that they at least explain to their team what their strategy will be.

In normal blind, there is no role assignment and everyone can literally go free for all if they want.
