Hmm. I'm not really sure who's video you are talking about, but this definitely seems pretty sketchy. First of all, I don't think there really is such thing as "constructive inting". It's inting whether the player that's doing it thinks its for the better or for the worse of the team. In fact, I'm sure half of the people that do int think it's because they're helping the team/ one person get better, i.e.
: Sorry about that KS, I needed gold on the kill
: Nah its ok, just don't do it again
5 minutes later
accidently takes kill again
: "WTF DID I SAY, BRONZELORDS NEVER LEARN THEIR LESSON. THAT'S IT, I'M GONNA INT, AND THIS'LL TEACH YOU NOT TO KS FROM THE CARRIES IN THE FUTURE".
AKA the supposed yas player in this situation thinks he is actually helping the team, hence "constructive inting", by making sure bard won't KS in the future.
So when you see anyone int, for any reason, just know that it's reportable and it's most likely not a good thing. Just go after the game and hit them up with a report.
Or at least this is what I think, not sure if I got the correct message from your post.
