It's not that they don't care, it's that they don't override the system to give you special treatment because you don't deserve special treatment just because you want it.
It's not tier1 support's job to investigate reports. When they get reports via support ticket, they forward the report rp player behavior team, and that's the team that does the investigation.
They also have to respect privacy laws of the different regions, so they can't give you any information about the results of the investigation.
