Toxic jungler in a normals got to me today, flamed me called me names yada yada yada. I argued back. it was a bait, now I am chat restricted and will not be receiving my end of season rewards. Which pretty much halts my grind for getting back to g5 for skin.

You can still get end season rewards if you are only chat restricted so long as you clear your cr games before season ends.
Go play those cr games!!!!!
Does playing normals uplift the restriction? I got a restriction too.
My advice if you solo queue to just mute all.
As long as you do not suffer a temporary suspension, just get rid of your chat restriction before november and you'll be good to go.
It's not too late for you! I'm happy that you still get a chance.
If your chat restriction is complete by the end of season and you don’t get further punishment, you will be eligible for rewards.

This same thing happened to me now I won't get the honor I worked for months to obtain, it was my first chat restriction/ban ever I've been playing since 2012
