Steal top then afk

I had this troll illaoi purposely steal lane then afk to troll the game. When top lane is already taken, she still insta lock it then when game started for like 3 min, she then afk and never return to game. To make matters worse....bot lane also gave up early and afk, leading only mid, support and jungle against a full team. That top illaoi is best never return to any future game. Trolls are best perma ban.
