I'm actually shocked at how much worse the toxicity is in Solo/Duo. I've had more flaming and afks than I've had in Flex all the way into Gold. Very little fun being had in those games.

Flaming doesn't change the outcome of a game, shithead bad players and people who afk over hurt feelings do.

Just very odd that the experience in Flex is so much better.
