Toxic Rengar
The Rengar I was playing against in ARAM just now said "LOL SO BAD" every time he killed any of us, then at the end he used a spambot to spam the chat with "GG 2 EZ", is this considered toxic behavior?

Horrible sportsmanship and kinda toxic. Also, one would think you already know the answer to this.
Let that kid have some fun. He probably just got stomped in a ranked game and had to get rid of some anger :P
Mute him and it is okay + press report button.
Me and my friends were against a team who just spammed ez every time someone died SUPER annoying we just reported them :/
It's just considered trash talk.
Jesus it's 2017 and people still can't mute the enemy or do /mute enemy when you start a game. If you can't handle trash talk or banter, don't play with all chat bro.
