Is saying things like FF at 15 Bannable?
The title says it for itself but if say its 0-2 and someone says ff at 15 is that considered bannable under negative attitude?

On it's own, no, but it does count against you, and can contribute towards a punishment, so it's advisable to avoid that kind of early defeatist attitude.
Nope. It’s a negative outlook of the match, but unless their discouragement blatantly affects their performance, it’s not punishable.

Anything what can hurt other people's snowflake soul is considered punishable. You might not get punished for one instance, but keep writing this and you will get eventually banned. Rito punishes for literally everything what can be considered even slightly negative.
No and why would it be? If that snowflake got offended it's his fault for not being able to take it.
