Don't we all love and hate League sometimes. When team-mate did badly and feeding, they put the blame finger on other. When the jungler signal bot lane that he is ganking and they failed to respond yet still died in the result. What did they do? oh wait...blame the jungle for not ganking properly or no show while the jungler himself had been rotating all lanes to gank. Classic flamer at their best.
I think the main problem with the behaviour system in North America, in general, is that everybody with an ego gets banned way before they can have their ego demolished. This is why places like Korea and China have such better Solo Queue and Competitive Standards because all the bad players eventually recognize it through their teammates being allowed to talk to them without a filter. Everyone is so scared to call people out when they do something bad because of getting banned that this, in turn, makes everyone else play worse too.
I mean I've had it where the jungle has pinged to tell me he's on his way so I've e gaged thinking my jungle will be here soon died only to see my jungle decided to stop to get red and blue buff on the way and proceeded to blame me for feeding.
So yes it's a wonderful game sometimes.
