I would think that you could submit a ticket for a review of this automated ban. Might have to make a few. Riot Support tends to be very much not helpful at times and very copy pastey in their responses. Just stay calm and keep at it! :D

I have windows 10 and I was not banned, assuming that update was already out, so it seems highly unlikely that that is the issue.

I was falsely banned but not for 3rd party... they literally didn't even give me a reason.

And no, i use windows 8.1
