Players Who AFK 5-15 minutes into the game

So a player asks our ADC to trade a jungling champ with him, ignores the trade, dies 2 times in the game and AFKs. He screwed over our entire team and we lost the game, not just at 4v5 but were at a huge disadvantage regardless.

He trolled us and forced us to lose.

When will Riot's next step be to either permaban these players or give us our LP back. We lost both time, MMR and LP even when we didn't want to. This is unfair, this is unsportsmanlike, this is toxic. At this point it would be better to have a few people take advantage of this system than everyone else just suffering these unfair losses.
