We should be able to tag players as "unpleasant"

It happens really too often that at the end of a game, I hesitate to report a player. Why? Because, as you all may know, it feels like 60+% of the community is really unpleasant to play with, even though that, in most of those cases, its not "unpleasant" (read harsh) enought to be worth a straight out report. Yet, I don't want people who made my game worse and scrapped my enjoyment while we played to go unpunished. They don't deserve the big restrictions who comes from reports, but they sure deserve to be matched more often with people of their kind and less with those who aren't assholes 90% of the time. So, my proposition is to be able to tag players at the end of the game as "unpleasant". Then, in most of the matchmakings, they would be matched along with people who have similar % of "unpleasant player" tagged games. Its been a really really long time that people are asking for an option to "blacklist" players so they'll always be muted IG and that they won't get matched with them again immediatly after, and this could be the solution to this problem too.

TLDR, We need a way to punish players who are really unpleasant to play with without straight out reporting them, since they'll probably get out of it without any scratches

I think we should have a way to tag players as 'not gentlemanly', since we already have unsportsmanlike.

why won't you think reports don't do anything? Look at the board posts here in behvaior and you'll see how many get punished for frequent Minot toxicity.

Hellllllll no. What are the conditions that need to be met to tag someone? Anything? I'm not gonna get matched up purposely with assholes just cuz I ignored some asshole and he decided to tag me.

for me, its not so much players who are being toxic or things like that, but those who just generally are full of themselves or seem to feel a need to talk down on you.
