This WON'T WORK. Riot did this before, I were around at that time, and it didn't help. Instead of flaming, they would just troll the games instead.
Learn how to fucking behave. So tired or people that tries to find other sorts of punishments. Just BEHAVE, and you WON'T get punished. It isn't that hard.

And honestly, even if it worked, why should riot let toxic people play their game? If someone has broken rules so many times that they'd get perma chat muted etc, why should they be allowed to play the game? Perma bans encourage reforming etc, because perma ban is quite a harsh punishment and losing the account you've spent money and time on hurts quite a lot, which is the point of the punishment. You're supposed to feel bad and learn from your actions
We've had "we've had this thread before" threads before, too. The people who are making threads on topics like "y no permamute" and "rito steal muh account" aren't regular Boards users who've seen these frequently-posted topics. They experience something in game, like feeders or a chat restriction or unbalanced matchmaking, and they log in to make a thread. They may linger for a while, and then they move on. Either ignore the repetitive threads or prepare a copypasta, otherwise you'll go nuts dealing with the constant low-quality content.
I had a friend , he got 10 games chat restriction and next game he ran it down mid because he was so mad for the chat restriction ban so he got 14 days ban for inting instead lol

Why would someone who is pissed off of wrong and bad plays being done repeatedly, which shows that he wants to win the game, try to lose the game by himself. I dont see the logic.

Yeah, I feel like permamuting chat just punishes the others on the team with the inability to communicate effectively, maybe for those who actually know how to act. I'm already not a proponent of the muteall brigade, and this is a worse version of that.

majority of people that get banned for chat related issues aren't trolls they just want to play the game and win but normally they get the trolls in their game or players that int or feed knowing that these trolls and inters wont get banned they flame or just be negative as a result and then they get banned instead
riots punishment system faverious trolls and inters their bot program is useless. A permanent chat restriction would actually solve a lot of chat related negativity and it would also lead to inters and trolls being banned finally because if they can chat they int or troll games instead like you said i think that would push riot to finally fix the flawed punishment system that favorites the cause of most toxicity
Nah, Just because you wish to live in a no conflict environment, doesn't mean we all do. So long as they are not murder threats, or referring to someone by the n word, I think It is all fair. Mute them bud, no need to ruin the lovely environment.
U cud still chat just a limited amount per game so ur wrong and if no one can talk no one gets their feelings hurt so ur wrong
