I need some answers please?

So, I q up for ranked. Trying to climb out of this bronze mess. I get into game and the top lane yas is afk and the vel is afk for mid. So, I'll just do my best, and report right? Well, I keep doing that, yas comes back 10 min into the game, dies a few times and feeds, then rage quits. I proceed to lose LP and the game, then report him. Well, he's playing right now, despite being toxic, and afk, and rage quitting. I'd like to know, just what it is that riot finds punishable? Not afk's and feeding and rage quitting. That's for sure.

Now, before you mods get on here, and go for more brownie points spare me. I want you to answer the question, or ignore my thread. Either is fine.

RIot, direct question? What in the world, makes you think you can ignore the afk problems and toxicity involved in ranked play, and expect us to just accept it?

For any who actually take the time to help me understand thanks ahead of time.

Just want to also say, that I've never had a single riot employee even respond to any reports or questions. Goes to show, that I think my hard earned money, should be placed elsewhere.

sorry but unless they said die and get cancer or something like that riot doesnt care PERIOD the only people who i have seen banned are toxic people ( ive seen this ban) and cheating which half the time the person using said program got it from a streamer who STREAMS LEAGUE daily and doesnt get banned but some random does the ban's are a joke and just something they put in to make people feel better that didnt look into to much
