Scroll down Riot employees. That's all you have to do, to fix this game. Scroll down and read. But instead, you wait for some chump, who is mad because I wanted to report him for being toxic and calling me a bitch and a retard. You listen to him, and punish me. But he goes unpunished? I expected nothing this to be honest. This gaming community is a joke, because of all the ppl you allow to get away with shit like that. That's why me and most of my friends have moved to dota, or heroes of the storm. Because they actually listen to what the players have to say, instead of upping prices for items and goods, to take advantage of the ppl who are dedicated to their game. Thanks for not listening once again Riot. You're the best!!

It's important to remember that while three lefts make a right, two wrongs do not. The Instant Feedback system punishes players on the basis of several factors, namely consistency and severity (the system is not limited to these factors). My best guess is that if the other player was toxic and was not punished, he is nearing the end of his rope but has not yet run out of room to hang onto. You, on the other hand, were punished because your account has run out of that very, very long rope that is given to all players.

By retaliating against another toxic player, you further bolstered a negative environment simply making it more of a shitty game for the people in it. Consistently being negative to players is ultimately why many players go through chat restrictions and end up at two-week or permanent suspensions. If this is a temporary suspension, it might be time to take a step back as you mentioned, and re-evaluate the type of person you want to be and whether you want to contribute to the "negative League of Legends community" image that you've created in your mind.

Oh, I assure you. I've had very little to do with creating this "negative league of legends community" I just started playing a few months back. Negative behavior is all I've seen since I started. This rope you speak of must be of varying sizes. Mine was super short it seems. I do agree with you, that two wrongs don't make a right. But, it's because of these "ropes", that we have a shitty experience in ranked games, well, all games really. You guys seem to know what's going on. Why not stop talking about it, and start doing something to fix it? I'll stop talking in games, to jackasses. Can you start punishing them? Do away with these ropes, and start working to save what's left of a good experience.

I realize I done something wrong, and i'm accepting the chat restriction with no problem. If you would have read the post, instead of trying to get some brownie points, you would clearly see, that i'm merely complaining about how not everyone is treated equally. If you're going to ban me for something petty, ban someone else for hate speech. Don't have favorites. But of course I have to remind myself, that this is league of legends. The game famous for it's lack of player control.....

There are no favorites. How do you know that player went unpunished? Or for that matter, this may have been also their first offense, so they also received a chat restriction

Yeah that's pretty obvious why you got your chat restriction. Seeing as you are one of those people, nothing anyone says on this thread is going to do anything to you, especially not Wuks, the one who's job is to answer this stuff.

And no, I'm not a moderator. But you posted this on a public thread, proceeded to reply to my comment with an open ended question, and when I actually respond to it, you can't handle it and attempt to force me off of it with psudeu-insults.

Rito doesn't play favorites.
For most "offenses", Rito does not punish for the 1st infraction.
If it truly WAS hate speech, in no way to I believe that Rito just blew it off. Too many "Herp derp i was permabanned" threads in here to believe that.

The system does treat everyone equally. The same automated system used the same parameters to punish you as it did to determine it wasn't time for him to be punished. What you are asking for isn't fairness. You are asking the system to place a higher weight on an incident because you were involved.

Punishments are not typically handed out for single incidents. That game was simply the final straw for you and not for him.
