This game keeps getting more and more silly.

So, i'm no pro to be sure at this game. But I do play some ranked from time to time, and i'm struggling to get out of bronze V. Why? Well, i'll win a game, only to meet an afk, troll, or feeder the very next game. I'm ranting, because...

I was just in a ranked game. I go jungle and join the lobby. Right off, this teemo says "OMFG! it's that troll voreh!" and they start arguing. So the teemo who's screenname is a bunch of l's says he's going to troll the entire game, and lose on purpose. So true to his word, we get in game, Voreh goes afk, and teemo who is supposed to be bot, and me jungle, goes jungle, and steals my farm. We lose of course, and I report them both. But, it's clear that voreh has trolled before, and so has lllll. I've reported them both, and I always report idiots. But.....NOTHING ever gets done. You banned my friend for cussing and arguing in a normal game. But Riot doesn't lift a finger to stop trolling in ranked. It's amazing. Don't post and say they do either, because I've seen plenty of ppl I've reported, keep on played the same day. It's sickening. Oh wait! Riot decided to fix this problem by making it easier to lvl up to 30 and troll? Awesome!
